Sills RFC 18 - 17 Earlsdon RFC

Earlsdon threw away the points against Sills RFC in the final minutes of the game, two yellow cards, one in each half cost Earlsdon dearly.

Some strong performances from a few players, especially Ollie Lee & Gerry Fairbrother.

Cov Welsh RFC 25 - 5 Earlsdon RFC 2s

Earlsdon 2s original fixture against Sills RFC in the Warks 1 Merit League game was called off as Sills RFC could not field a team.

The 2s ended up travelling to Cov Welsh for a friendly fixture.

A tough first half ended 0-0 before the home team made some interesting changes at half time.

Flying winger Logan Packer scored Earlsdons try.

Nice to see former Earlsdon 2nd row Connor Price packing down for the Welsh.

Earlsdon Jets (mixed touch team) travelled to Midlands Barbarians in Tamworth. The BaaBaa's took the spoils in some difficult conditions but the Jets were pleased with the performance and youngsters Charlie and Lewis.

Next week sees Earlsdon RFC entertain top of the table Barkers Butts RFC in a Mid West 2 South league game. The 2nd team and the Colts are away to Butts 2s in a Warks 1 Merit league game whilst Earlsdon Vets are at home to Stratford Vets in a friendly encounter kicking off at 2pm. Earlsdon Jets are looking for a fixture on Sunday 10th as the opposition have withdrawn due to COVID issues.
