EARLSDON RFC WELCOME COVENTRY BEARS FOR 2025 SEASON

Earlsdon RFC and Coventry Bears Rugby League Club have agreed a groundbreaking deal for the Bears to move to Earlsdon RFC's ground at the R.F Brown Pavilion, Mitchell Ave, Coventry CV4 8DY for the 2025 season.

Both parties look forward to this being the long term home for the Bears, as the Bears continue to grow and look to add additional junior age groups for the 2025 season alongside the mens, womens and girls Rugby League offering over the summer season.

Earlsdon Chairman Mick Roberts says our club and grounds will now be used all year round by various sports which are open to everyone. We have recently welcomed Earlsdon Highway Netball into our club and are now delighted to welcome Cov Bears to our growing sporting club. I have no doubt that Earlsdon's players of all age groups will benefit from the Bears during the summer months and we are looking forward to this being the Bears long term home.

Bears Founder & Chair Alan Robinson is delighted after getting the deal over the line:

"Earlsdon RFC is a progressive forward thinking sports club with superb facilities. Earlsdon understands the value in a multi-sport 12 month facility use approach and I am excited about the Bears being a part of that moving forwards.  The pitches and facilities are top class and the whole club looks forward to making this their new home for the long term."
