Earlsdon RFC have appointed Jonathan Fitt as head coach for the coming
season. Fitt joins the club having been working for the RFU Midlands
Central and Wasps RFC before their administrations from the
premiership. Fitt is Director of Sport at King Henry VIII’s school
where he hopes to use his experiences to prepare the playing season
for the season campaign.

Fitt explains…
I am really excited to join the club and work with what is a young but
very exciting group.  The Club are very clear about their objectives
and I want to help them and all the players achieve this vision of
success this coming season and into the future.

We are ready to work hard on the training pitch to prepare for what
will be a challenging season but all the players are committed to
those battles and the sacrifices we are going to have to make.

We are hopeful of some fresh face joining the group during preseason
to add additional competition but I am also keen to give the boys from
last year a chance to claim those match jerseys.

We look forward to welcome everyone down to the club where we aim to
show the area that Earlsdon are ready to bounce back.
