Memberships for 2022/23 are now available to purchase!

As frustrating as it is, due to system constraints we need to renew our memberships annually. It’s the same for those generous enough to give a donation, GMS will only allow a maximum of 12 monthly payments so each season we’ll need to login to GMS and renew.

Cost of Membership:

Our membership costs remain unchanged for the 2022/2023 season:

- Senior membership £20 and player package £130

- Student/Colt membership £5 and player package £95

- Social membership £20

- Mini & Junior membership £50 + £25 for additional siblings and U6's are £25.

- Touch Rugby memberships £20 (12 months rather than annual)

Membership benefits:

- Access to international rugby tickets (Subject to Conditions)

- Reduced membership at Warwick Sports Hub (Subject to Conditions)

Donations:

The cost of our main club membership is written into the constitution of Earlsdon RFC and can’t be changed, therefore it will never be the income generator that is seen at other clubs.

What we can do is ask for donations that go towards the running of the rugby club. These donations are set at £2, £3, £5 and £10 per month, although they can be paid off in one go if you wish. We are also able to claim an additional 25% in gift aid against once a form is completed.

How do I donate?

When purchasing a membership there is the option to add-on a monthly donation to your basket. On checkout select whether you want to pay the amount in full or in monthly instalments.

Drop-in service:

For those that may need support in logging in to their GMS accounts or purchasing memberships a drop-in service will be available on the following dates:

- Tuesday 6th September from 9.15pm at the club

- Tuesday 13th September from 9.15pm at the club

Please remember to bring a payment card. The bar will also be open!

Contact details:

For Senior membership related issues speak to Gareth Beynon in person or via membership@earlsdonrfc.com
