Memberships
The window to renew your membership for the 2025/2026 season is now open on the GMS system. Following the AGM, the annual senior membership has been retained at £30.00 pa with the option to add a monthly donation to the club, which can benefit from Gift Aid from HMRC as long as you are a taxpayer, boosting the donation by a further 25%. The minimum monthly contribution is as low as £5.00 per month and can be added when you go online to renew your membership.
Players Registration
The RFU have made it MANDATORYfor all adult players to register THEMSELVES as players for the up-and-coming season. This registration needs to be completed ASAPif you are to be considered eligible for senior league and cup games. Gareth Withers has advised that he has already emailed out instructions on how to register. If you encounter any difficulties, then please contact gareth IMMEDIATELYusing his email address of gareth.withers@dhl.comand he will investigate the problem for you.
Players Memberships
This will be actively monitored from the start of the season (1st September) and any players who have not paid their membership in a timely fashion will be contacted by an official from the club asking for an explanation. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
